ORIGINAL STRATEGIC-TRANSFORMATION PROPOSAL

The Strategy Engagement

One accountable engagement moves AAHA from evidence to strategic choice, implementation definition, and an executable business-model portfolio.

THE EXECUTIVE OUTCOMEConstruct the portfolio that can double AAHA in five years while limiting total cost growth to one-third.The engagement aligns people, capital, process, data, platforms, and governance to the AAHA 2031 Strategic Plan.

Evidence creates the right to choose

Executive interviews, financial and survey review, market research, personas, ecosystem mapping, and value-pool analysis establish the field reality. That evidence gives AAHA a shared fact base for selecting where to compete and how to create value.

Portfolio choices create the right to build

The design phase converts evidence into opportunity maps, revenue and cost models, portfolio choices, partnership strategies, and a Balanced Scorecard. Implementation planning converts the chosen direction into data, technology, governance, roadmap, and measurement commitments.
