The complete workshop evidence trail behind 31 canvases, from engagement intent through empathy, ideation, and portfolio decisions.

OVERARCHING ENGAGEMENT

The Contract-Wide Plan

The workshop sat inside a broader journey from problem definition through strategy, ideation, validation, and transformation planning.

Aligning on the Problem Definition Will Point to the Appropriate Deliverables

Applying the right consulting framework begins by asking the right questions.

Where are we?
What’s our Why?
Where are we going?
How do we get there?
Are we there?
What’s good?
Challenge:
Do we need to change?
If so, what COULD we be?
Of those options, what SHOULD we be?
How do we know we’re ready to begin?
What does “good” look like? How do we know we’re there?
What do we need to measure?
Activities:
Build consensus on our imperative to change. Assess market trends and our own internal capabilities (SWOT).
Workshop to identify offerings. Vision Formulation Exercise.
Establish Decision Criteria for our offerings.
Establish Definition of Ready, assess missing capabilities, and establish financial, customer, operational, and innovation perspectives.
Establish the Definition of Done and conduct Process Engineering where applicable.
Establish KBOs and KPIs.
Deliverables:
Survey and summary of interviews; 1:1 meetings with key stakeholders.
